This Legal Notice regulates access, browsing and use of the website www.ondara.group (hereinafter the Website).

The conditions established in this Legal Notice are of supplementary application in the event that the company establishes particular conditions for the use and/or contracting of specific services.

Access and/or use of the Website confers the status of User, and you accept, from such access and/or use, this Legal Notice.

Use of the Website

The User assumes responsibility for the use of the Website. The Website may provide access to a multitude of texts, graphics, drawings, designs, codes, software, photographs, music, videos, sounds, databases, images, expressions and information (hereinafter, “Content”) belonging to the company or to third parties to which the User may have access.

The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the Contents and services offered through the Website and, including but not limited to, not to use them to (i) engage in unlawful, illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the owner of the website, its suppliers or third parties, (iii) introduce or disseminate computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are likely to cause the aforementioned damage on the network.

All intellectual property rights of the content of this website and its graphic design are the exclusive property of Ondara, and it is the one who is entitled to the exclusive exercise of the rights of exploitation of the same.

The legitimacy of the intellectual or industrial property rights corresponding to the content provided by the users is the sole responsibility of the same, so the user will hold Ondara harmless from any claim by third parties arising from the illicit use of content on the website.
